Figma Files for Blockbuster IPO, Could Raise Up to $1.5 B
Figma, the collaborative design software once eyed by Adobe for a $20 billion takeover, officially filed its IPO prospectus on July 1, 2025. Planning to list on the NYSE under the ticker “FIG,” it reported 2024 revenue of $749 million (+48% YoY) but also a $732 million loss, while Q1 2025 saw a net income of $44.9 million on $228.2 million revenue. The move marks a major tech offering post-Labor Day.
